1. What we have obligations during the warranty period?
The buyer is obliged to keep during the warranty period the product box and all documents proving the product purchase (invoice, tax receipt, warranty). The loss of warranty certificate invalidate the warranty products
When making a claim within the warranty period, the buyer is obligated to provide security product code off, guarantee certificate and payment in the original document issued at the date of purchase.
2.Can i lost the product warranty?
The guarantee shall be forfeited under the following conditions:
• Warranty is lost
• thermal damage, mechanical and plastic products due to fires, accidents of any kind, vibration, weathering or neglect to use
• If the product shows traces of contact with liquid
• Intervention by unauthorized persons or repair by the manufacturer;
• Failure by the buyer of the conditions of handling, transport, storage, commissioning, operation and maintenance provided in the documentation accompanying the product or technical standards that contradict the conditions of Romania;
• Use of batteries, power supplies or other accessories not approved by the manufacturer;
• unauthorized interventions in the program (software) supplied with the camera;
• Inconsistency between the serial number inscribed on the certificate, the one mentioned on the product and that of
program (software) product;
3. These situations not covered by the warranty:
• defects of any kind incurred as the result of normal wear from using the product under normal conditions.
• defects of any kind incurred as a result of the installation or use of programs (software) that were not delivered by the manufacturer;
